When you start a new day, what’s your routine?
Chances are, it’s the same thing, right?
You cannot keep doing the same thing everyday and expect a different or better result!
So, let me encourage you to try a different kind of routine by asking yourself these two questions to propel you everyday.
1. What did I start yesterday, to finish today!
In such a time as this, everybody need to be sensitive with time- you sometimes think it’s a lot of hours ahead, but pam! it’s 7’o clock and the day is over; So what have you done today better than or to advance yesterday? Probably nothing or nothing much right?
So start, this way:
a. Wake up, think of the day to-do’s and have it clear on your mind.
b. Write them out by hand- it will help you gain speed and measure success. Don’t act like ‘Van Damme‘, like… ‘all the to-do’s is on my head’- you may fail my friend!
c. Don’t get use to prioritizing your tasks and don’t try to classify big from small or what you like from what you don’t etc.. Just move and keep doing because what you call small task, like: call Lanre, send Stephanie an email, reply a simple letter etc, can ruin or hurt your day, business or your idea if not attended to timely.
2. What can I start now to generate money?
This a big question we must ask ourselves everyday.
We live in a time when we must accept the realities and face our fears. From the global pandemic to global economic recession, nothing remain or will ever remain the same.
Does it mean that the natural centrifugal that pulls down everything is taking its course? We must start fighting the good fight first, in our heads, mind and stay optimistic. Second, just think! No matter how weird, keep thinking of legitimate ways & ideas to make money and be quick to discuss your business idea with trusted friends and family.
Did I hear you ask why friends and family?
No I said, ‘trusted’ friends and family because they are your first critics and fund-raiser.
The success of everyday rise and fall on these two key things.
